Elipson's Planet L Performance 2.0 is first and foremost an object that catches the eye even before it plays a single note. On the technical side, this two-way loudspeaker adopts a coaxial driver with a revisited design, combining a 165 mm treated cellulose pulp bass-midrange and a 25 mm silk dome tweeter, driven by a neodymium magnet. Beneath its compact size and emblematic spherical silhouette, Planet L Performance hides a precision mechanism. Thanks to its DAR (Double Asymmetric Rubber) suspension, it absorbs vibrations perfectly, even at high volume, for controlled dynamics and a frequency response down to 46 Hz, enough to thrill a living room of 20 to 40 m² without the need for a subwoofer. Compared with the first-generation Planet L, this 'Performance' version takes all the technical features one step further.
